What Is Bricolage?
In its literal sense bricolage is a construction and creation from a diverse range for available things.
Various works were referenced in order to understand the methods of working of a Bricoleur by looking at the aesthetics, mechanics, politics, and spatiality of bricoleur's practices, as well as the biography of the bricoleurs through examples in art and architecture.
As a result, we've create a Bricolage diary to keep track of all the references we had come across during the process.
At the same time, we began to see the ways in which we might mend ourselves.
As one bricoleur assists in identifying other bricoleurs and their practices, they continue to go across the city. recording in the bricoleur journal their behaviours and modes of dwelling. In order to begin the process of creating a bricoleur, we first created a journal for ourselves that reflected our practise of mending.
The diary was a constant companion for everything, including taking notes in class, drawing out derivations, and referencing and diagramming.
As one bricoleur assists in identifying other bricoleurs and their methods, they continue to go across the city. recording in the bricoleur notebook their behaviours and modes of dwelling.
Establishing a venue for the confluence of our creative efforts.
We spoke about how the space would appear in order for all of our joint projects to come together, and a garden came up during that discussion. We looked at and spoke about gardens in class, and each student's interpretation of them inspired the development of brief, two-minute thinking drawings.

Through the use of 5 tropes—Body, Homely and Unhomely, Feast, and Reading room built the image of an immaculate corpse coming together in the shape of a garden. The Homely and Unhomely was the trope about which I relied.
The Homely and the Unhomely : Homeliness is about closeness, comfort, associations and memories. What does being unhomely actually entail, though? How does it feel like to be at home? By creating a surreal, weird and uncomfortable home environment, the idea of the unhomely is explored.
